1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship exclusively with Deutsche Post and DHL.
-Delivery time within Germany: 1-4 days
-Delivery time within the EU: 1-8 days
-International shipments may have longer delivery times.

3. Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping within Germany:
-DHL Small Package (formerly known as Warenpost): €3.49
-DHL Package: €6.99

Shipping within the EU:
-Small Package (Warenpost): €6.99
-DHL Package: €16.49

International shipping:
-Small Package (Warenpost): €7.99
-DHL Package: Price based on individual calculation

4. Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

5. Customs and Import Taxes
If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, please check for possible customs or import taxes. These costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
